As the Chief Data Officer for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government and Public Services, I am passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and improve the advancement of women in data and AI. I am excited to join the Data Leadership Collaborative board and this great community of leaders as we collaborate to build even stronger data-driven organizations.
At Deloitte, I have worked to foster a data-driven culture and be a champion for the strategic use of data to improve operational effectiveness and surface new opportunities for growth while shaping critical conversations around safeguarding ethics and trust in data and AI. I am fostering the next wave of talent and community growth through the CDO Fellowship program. The Fellowship team cultivates and enables the program’s growth and sustainability around Data Rockstars, prioritizing intentional inclusivity and supporting efforts to enhance data literacy and eminence.
Prior to Deloitte, I served as the Deputy CDO for the State of Arkansas, where I established the state’s first CDO office and served on Governor Hutchinson’s COVID-19 Technical Advisory Board. I am a founding member of Women Leaders in Data & AI (WLDA), the inaugural Chapter Lead for the Federal Government Chapter for Women in Data, and proudly serve on the CDO Magazine Editorial Board as well as the Women in Data Board.
